Leaders Emerging and Developing (LEAD) was founded 10 years ago with the mission to expose students to exciting STEM careers and technical skills through engaging and hands-on activities. From our innovative E-STEM Program to our dynamic Aerial Drone Team, LEAD is dedicated to empowering students and enriching communities across Ohio and West Virginia, fostering the next generation of STEM leaders.s.

OUR MISSION

To nurture, prepare and develop the young professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow by using STEM concepts. LEAD does this through innovative programs and career and workforce development to make sure all of our members are ready for successful careers.
